(d)   Commercial and residential landlord-tenant contractual conflicts including eviction actions or other disputes as to the breach or interpretation of lease construction and contracts.

(e)   Probate and contested guardianship litigation in collaboration with probate and trust counsel, including will challenges and defenses, estates and trust litigation and contested guardianship.

(f)   Real property litigation including a broad range of real property disputes and litigation such as enforcement of purchase and sale agreements, mortgage foreclosure defense and enforcement of restrictive covenants.





       We offer sophisticated legal advice and counseling to business owners whether domestic or international. Services include drafting documents required for the establishment of an organization in Florida and in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, whether corporations, limited liability companies, joint ventures, general partnerships, limited partnerships, or foreign entities.

      We also review and analyze foreign business instruments drafted in Spanish from numerous foreign countries in Central, South America and Spain. We offer the expertise of counsel trained and experienced in civil and common law which enables the firm to either represent clients interested in doing business in Spanish speaking foreign countries or entities from foreign countries interested in doing business in the United States.

      We also represent clients interested in buying, selling, or restructuring their enterprises, including negotiating and structuring business acquisitions, mergers or sales. This encompasses negotiating and drafting letters of intent, stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, merger agreements, partnerships and reorganizations. Because the firm has considerable experience in litigating controversies arising from commercial transactions, this practical wisdom is crucial to ensuring that the documents drafted include the contractual provisions required to afford the utmost protection to the clients. 




       The founder of the firm has extensive experience in dealing with complex mass tort litigation under the United States District Count Multi-District Litigation Rules.

      He was instrumental in obtaining a defendant's verdict in a mass tort litigation held in the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico in the case of In Re: San Juan Dupont Plaza Hotel Litigation MDL-721, after a 15 month trial. His experience also includes various class action suits filed in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the state of Florida.

      The tort litigation experience also includes handling cases in the field of medical malpractice, automobile accidents, strict liability claims and other types of tort actions.  This experience includes litigation of these actions on behalf of insurance carriers and injured plaintiffs before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida; the District of Puerto Rico, The United States Court of Appeals, of 1st. And 11th Circuits and, the Superior and Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.



      The firm's principal owner is a Civil Circuit Court Mediator Certified by the Florida Supreme Court. He offers the alternative of conducting a mediation in Spanish when the parties to the litigation have limited English speaking ability.
